With our target being almost reached, it looks like silver should now continue lower testing the target zone at 33.26-32.76. On the higher end 33.89-34.05 must hold on a closing basis,above which bullish odds might increase.

The rally from the recent lows of 30.66 looks mature enough.This rally must end with one more push into the 34.35-34.50 zone, and the next likely event should be nice pullback targeting the 33.26-32.76 zone. October high at 35.38 is important and must hold.

The bounce terminated just as expected testing 32.658 meeting the lower end of our target at 32.65-33.25.Prices must head lower testing the 31.56-31.25 zone.A close above 32.45-32.55 would weaken the forecast and signal higher prices.
